Thank you for your interest in our Golf GPS product and taking advantage of our 30-day free trial offer. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding:

  1. Eligibility: The 30-day free trial offer is open to new customers in the continental United States only with a minimum of 25 fleet carts and is limited to one trial per customer.

  2. Shipping: We will ship the unit to your provided address and provide a prepaid return label to be used at the conclusion of your evaluation period. 

  3. Termination: We reserve the right to request the return of the iPar Demo unit and terminate your trial access at any time, with or without cause.

  4. Access: Your free trial gives you access to all features and functionalities of the Golf GPS product. However, we reserve the right to restrict or limit access to certain features or functionalities.

  5. Warranty: The Golf GPS product is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information or data provided by the product.

  6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Golf GPS product.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Circuit Court of Carroll County, Iowa, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Carroll County, Iowa.

By proceeding with the free trial offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

*Unreturned Demos Fee is $500.

**Demo must be received within 75 days of delivery date to avoid fee.

***Damaged/Nonoperational Demo Fee is $200 *beyond normal wear and tear.
